We are looking to appoint a high-caliber SCM Process & Application Project Manager to drive the implementation of SAP Ariba Guided Buying within the supply chain organization as part of the global rollout of a new SAP ERP system. Drawing on your demonstrable expertise relating to SCM processes and tools for indirect materials, you will manage multiple process/project execution activities at a global level – working in close collaboration with the IT team. Your responsibilities

  • Manage design teams and ensure on-time deployment in pursuit of strategic goals, in addition to overseeing effective supplier onboarding with regard to new application landscape and processes
  • Drive timely execution at regional level to meet requirements of global rollout plan and spearhead process improvements in respect of efficiency and effectiveness across functions and businesses
  • Ensure that policies, procedures, and training are continuously updated in line with process and application optimization measures
  • Drive process requirement workshops with related functions and business units and develop training strategy for respective modules
  • Coordinate activities of internal and external service providers to ensure implementation of agreed and confirmed application landscape (e.g., REIWA, SAP Ariba, etc.)
  • Oversee progress reporting and management updates, in addition to developing and establishing effective change management and communication plan in collaboration with global function
  • Conduct risk management and impact analyses, develop corrective action plans, and ensure implementation and adaptation
  • Develop and drive data/content migration concept as well as transfer of legacy system, including quality checks

Your background

  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience relating to Supply Chain Management (operational and strategic) and projects aimed at process improvement
  • Exceptional knowledge of SCM processes and applications
  • Ability to think logically, complemented by strong analytical skills with capacity to tackle complicated issues
  • Outgoing personality with good communication skills and demonstrable team spirit
  • Keen sense of initiative with the ability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Fluent command of English
