Funciones del puesto // Main job duties:

• Responder y resolver incidencias de clientes, tanto nacionales como internacionales // Respond to and resolve customers’ Service issues

• Resolver problemas de maquinaria // Troubleshoot issues with machinery involving hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components and systems

• Contribuir a mantener una alta satisfacción en los clientes // Directly monitors and maintains customer satisfaction level

• Tomar medidas correctivas para garantizar la eficiencia de la máquina // Understands and takes corrective action to ensure guaranteed operating efficiency of equipment

• Coordinar agendas de los técnicos de campo en las puestas en marcha de máquinas y visitas periódicas a clientes // Coordinate the start-ups in the assigned areas, and considered the go-to person due to superior diagnostic and repair skills

• Dar asistencia a compañeros de otros departamentos cuando fuera necesario // Assists other field positions as needed

• Crear y gestionar los cursos de formación para clientes // Creates and administers formalized customer training programs

• Contribuir al servicio de atención telefónica a clientes 24h // Contributes to 24/7 coverage

 

Requisitos del puesto // Requirements:

• Ingeniero mecánico, eléctrico o electrónico // Bachelor’s degree in mechanic engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronic engineering

• Inglés: Nivel mínimo B2, con gran capacidad comunicativa // Languages required: High level of English (B2 or higher) and very good communication skills

• Capaz de trabajar en equipo // Able to work in teams

• Fuerte orientación al cliente // Strong customer focus

• Valorable: conocimientos de hidráulica y neumática // Experience with hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic systems is an asset

• Valorable: experiencia previa en el mundo empresarial // Previous experience in business environments is an asset
