Porto, UTAD (Trás-os-Montes & Alto Douro), Vigo and Católica (Porto) Universities, in cooperation with IEFP / EURES Portugal and EURES Crossborder Galicia North of Portugal, will be holding the third edition of FINDE.U Virtual University International Job Fair, from 16 to 18 April.
During this event, exhibitors from all over Europe will have the virtual opportunity to initiate contact with more than 68,000 University students and 125,000 graduates / experienced alumni from these 4 Universities – but also with thousands of graduates / alumni from other European higher education institutions looking for a job, a traineeship, a research or entrepreneurship opportunity, who are proficient in an even larger scope of qualifications and skills.
A wide range of options is available for you as an employer. You can publish your job and traineeship vacancies, collect and screen applications and conduct online recruitment interviews with pre-selected candidates at a time slot chosen by you. You may as well include an online presentation in the event Programme introducing your organization and recruitment needs.
Technical support and EURES assistance in the matching are available to you before and during the event.
If you are looking for a job, you may apply for jobs / traineeship / research opportunities, meet employers and/or labour market experts from some European countries and eventually be invited for one or more interviews online. A Programme with a full range of workshops and info sessions on soft skills and personal development, entrepreneurship, jobs, traineeships and research opportunities at the European level, as well as employers’ presentations on their recruitment needs, will also be available.
Your only requirements are: having access to the Internet, a headset with microphone which may be connected to a computer (PC or laptop) / tablet / smartphone (regarding interviews, a webcam and a Skype account are a major plus) and to register before the event.
