Summary

Vitrociset Belgium operates in Space & Telecom sectors providing turn-on key systems, software and services with strong emphasis in the satellite ground operations. We provide solutions, which grant quality and safety, and soliciting the innovation with a high return « value for money » for our Customer. In this frame, the company is searching a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be actively involved in the important development plans of the Company. He works closely with the Engineering and Programs Management functions, in order to :

  • Manage a portfolio of Belgian private and public, and EU Customers active in space domain
  • Develop a positive relationship with customers and handling their needs
  • Manage bids, ensuring compliance with customer requirements of an effective and company rewarding value position
  • Generate new business with existing customers and prospects
  • Set and track sales account targets, in accordance with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering
  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years in the same or similar position
  • Space Market knowledge (Existing players, market trends, contract acquisition procedures of key customers)
  • Experience in negotiating with complex customers and partners
  • Fluency in English and French. Dutch and Flemish will be considered as an asset
  • Proficient user of Office’s Suite.
