For our Client, one of the world’s leading airlines which operations include passenger and cargo services to several dozen countries all over the world, we are seeking for the Travel Consultant with German. This is a job for people who enjoy customer service and sales, and want to learn about airline operations and build a strong foundation for an exciting career in aviation, travel or tourism.
Localization: Kraków
Job specification:
- Service wealthy customer via telephone and email
- Offering a friendly and efficient service
- Managing in resort queries offering advice and assistance to our passengers when they need it the most
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, another European language will be an asset
- Mature communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
- A passion for providing the world’s best customer service for each and every customer
- An open mind and eagerness to continually develop
- Knowledge of airline systems and operations will be an advantage but not essential
- Solid computer skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good sense of personal accountability
