For one of our clients in Luxemburg, we are currently looking for a:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT UK/FR (DE+) (m/f),

-  temp. to perm. contact  -

YOUR TASKS:

  • Coordinate and engage with the HR Director in planning
  • Organizing events
  • Arrange travel and hotel
  • Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes
  • Maintain an effective computer based filing system and any manual filing systems
  • Administrative process tasks
  • General HR administration tasks

 

YOUR PROFILE:

    • Fluency in English and French is required. German is considered as an advantage.
    • You are available immediately
    • Excellent presentation and professional approach
    • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the same position
    • Detail and quality oriented
    • Proactivity
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
