For one of our clients in Luxemburg, we are currently looking for a:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT UK/FR (DE+) (m/f),
- temp. to perm. contact -
YOUR TASKS:
- Coordinate and engage with the HR Director in planning
- Organizing events
- Arrange travel and hotel
- Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes
- Maintain an effective computer based filing system and any manual filing systems
- Administrative process tasks
- General HR administration tasks
YOUR PROFILE:
- Fluency in English and French is required. German is considered as an advantage.
- You are available immediately
- Excellent presentation and professional approach
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the same position
- Detail and quality oriented
- Proactivity
- Good knowledge of MS Office
