For one of our clients based in Contern (Luxembourg), we are currently looking for a

Customer Service Representative ENGLISH / FINNISH OR SWEDISH

YOUR TASKS:

    • Organizing transports for customer orders by using automated transport systems
    • Offering the best possible solution with regard to management of transport modes, service and costs
    • Handling requests from the customer, monitoring shipments in transit
    • Handling deviations in transit and investigating non-conformities
    • Liaising on a daily basis with the customer, internal departments and the logistics service providers

       

      YOUR PROFILE:

        • You speak fluent English, Finnish or  Swedish
        • A first work experience in a similar field
        • Strong customer service orientation and very good communication skills
        • Ability to work in a team and under time pressure
        • Problem analysis & problem solving competence
        • Basic knowledge of customs clearance and shipping documentation
        • IT skills: MS Office
