IT Application Manager (m/f/d)

The IT department is part of the local Data, Digital & Technology team responsible for the integration and proper operation of IT systems and digitization. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Application & System Manager in our Puch-Urstein office. In the county of Salzburg, Hilfswerk is the leading non-profit organization in the field of social and health care. Every day, around 1 300+ employees contribute to the fact that social and health care services are provided sufficiently for elderlies living at home and in senior citizen homes.

•    Management and operation (availability, security, conformity) of existing IT systems (business and technical applications and services like CRM, ERP, HR-tools, ESB) in cooperation with our internal departments and outsourcing partners

•    Design of new IT systems and their integration into Hilfswerk´s local or cloud-based platforms

•    Life cycle management and guarantee of up-to-date documentation of existing systems

•    Collaborate with other local IT teams to support corporate services and customized IT based on specific local requirements

•    Support of our internal users

Your Skills And Qualifications

•    Completed technical and/or academic training e.B. EDP HTL, computer science, B.Sc.

•    Existing professional experience in the IT of a service-oriented company,

•    In-depth knowledge of current Microsoft and server operating systems like JavaScript,HTML, PHP, C#

•    Knowledge of virtualization (VMware), cloud computing (AWS), databases (SQL Server, Oracle), Microsoft Active Directory and network security (firewall, VLAN, ACL) as well as Frameworks like Node, Angular or React

•    Very good communication skills and German and English language

•    Service orientation and teamwork required and an attention to details and diligence

•    Strong analytical skill and a passion for tech

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum wage for this important and responsible position is € 3 114,00 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the social and health field). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
