Produce outstanding digital-physical play experience on computers, tablets and mobile As our new Games Producer, you will work in close collaboration with our "Future Lab" team on physical toy development with a high degree of innovation. You will take charge as the all-important link to orchestrate great gaming experiences and ensure timely deliveries by: Owning the execution of LEGO Branded video games by translating strategies into customer-friendly solutions Identifying external partners and conducting thorough due-diligences Managing project stakeholders with creative direction and within software development from the LEGO Group and external partners, including budget, road maps, backlogs, clearing road blocks and ensuring high momentum in a unified team Owning and maintaining the products after launch, using market feedback to drive improvements Digital experiences that teach children 21st century skills You will join the Digital Games department which is responsible for all games in the LEGO Group and a strong partner in driving the overall digitalisation agenda in our organisation. Thus, you get to use your games industry experience to support the development of new "One Reality"-experiences combining digital and physical aspects of play. On a journey that starts with crazy ideas and ends with a child intuitively touching a retina screen, you will be the person who knows it all. So you really get to influence the new play experiences that will leverage our mission and help children think creatively, reason systematically and realise their potential. Autonomous and proactive gaming industry veteran who easily navigates between stakeholders As you will be working in innovation projects in co-production with various departments, you will experience numerous unknown factors and be challenged on your ability to manage stakeholders. To succeed, you: Have a proven track record of creating successful mobile games gained through +5 years in the gaming industry, preferably with mobile games and external development Speak and write English fluently Ideally have a degree within production management, but experience and competences are more important, and you may be certified in software development tools, e.g. Prince 2 or SCRUM master Keep calm and have an uncanny knack of remaining focused and calm at crunch-time Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment.
