Are you a jobseeker interested in Green Career opportunities in Ireland?

‘Green Jobs in Ireland’ Online recruitment day is a great opportunity for jobseekers and job changers to find green jobs in sectors such as Construction, Environmental and Renewable Energy, Telecommunications, Ecology and Ornithology.

In advance of the event you will be able to search for green job opportunities in Ireland and apply for those that match your profile, make contact with employers and book one or more job interviews. Interviews with employers will take place online on 25th, 26th and 27th of May.

On 25th of May you can join us online and virtually attend a programme of interesting presentations and talks by sector experts, employers and EURES advisers from Ireland.

Are you an Irish employer looking for candidates that may be out of your local reach?
A range of recruitment services will be available to employers, including publishing vacancies on the event’s website, automatic screening/ matching / interview scheduling in advance of the event and jobseekers will be waiting to speak with you on the day. The event will be widely advertised in Europe through targeted social media campaigns, social media platforms and online.
In order to participate in the online event, you need to register and upload your jobs in advance. The registration for jobseekers will open one month before the event’s date and from that day we will promote your jobs to jobseekers in Ireland and across Europe.

How to participate in this online event and get a job out of it?
- Register for ‘Green Jobs in Ireland’ event here
- Upload your CV and apply for any suitable jobs advertised for this event.
You can access all jobs here. We are still expecting more jobs in the coming days.
REMEMBER: Registering for this event and uploading your CV is not enough. If you want employers to view your CV and be able to invite you for an interview you must apply for the job vacancies.
- Closer to the event’s date - log in to www.europeanjobdays.eu to check if you have any interview invitations pending and confirm your availability.
Employers can schedule online interviews on 25th, 26th and 27th of May so make sure you also log in and check your profile for interview invitations after the event.

During the event, employers and EURES Advisers will be available online on a chat to answer your questions. If you don't have any pre-set interviews, this may be still your chance to get more information on job requirements and to apply for jobs of some interest to you.
- Don’t forget to attend your online interview!
If you have an interview time slot confirmed with an exhibitor, simply go to the Job applications / Interviews“ section in your dashboard menu and click on the button "Start video chat" to meet the exhibitor at the agreed interview time. You will be automatically redirected to a video call where the interview can take place.
