HR Co-Ordinator
Are you an experienced HR specialist with an interest in the Renewable Energy sector?
We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join one of the most exciting start ups out there that are involved in some of the biggest Offshore projects in Ireland. With their project book being booked up for the next 5 years, this is a key time to be joining a very exciting company.
Ideally based out of the Arklow office, with remote working options also.
About you
You will have experience within a HR function as well as solid administrative skills. Attention to detail, strong IT and data skills as well as an ability to build relationships with key stakeholders is vital as you will be the first point of contact for the team. A relevant professional qualification is desirable.
Skills and Experience - Essential
- Strong administrative skills gained within a previous HR related role
- Excellent IT and data handling skills
- Experience of providing first line HR advice
- An ability to produce a high standard of work
- Capable of prioritising effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- An understanding of confidentiality and GDPR in the workplace
- An interest in the Renewable Energy/ Environmental sector is an advantage
