As a Sous Chef m/f/x with Viking Cruises you will be providing high standards and consistency of outstanding food quality by peparing daily fresh meals in the Galley aboard a Viking Longship.
You will professional prepare and distribute daily meals including breakfast, lunchm dinner and more for guests and crew in accordance with the menu cycle and in close corporation with the Executive Chef. You will support the Executive Chef within his scopre of worked and will be aligned within the set financial budgets. For yourduties you will be supported by state of art equipment, fresh ingredients and the great support by a highly dedicated team of professionals working on board to ensure the fullest guest satisfaction of Viking's passengers.
