About the organisation
URAGAN is Croatian company with 14 years experience in organizing entertainment programs, and our professionalism and animation spirit is identified along Adriatic coast in many touristic destinations. Our aim is to continuously improve our services through creating new standards and offering new ideas.
Main goal on every location is to achieve guest satisfaction and additional profit for our clients.
Every client gets our individual approach, together we analyze business tasks and consult how to reach the goals. Every offer is individual, focused on client’s needs and organization, and our animation programs are created for a specific destination. Destination’s attributes and specificities are incorporated into animation programs and recognized by the guests.

EDUCATION
URAGAN offers to all candidates educations and trainings before and during employment in our company. Our goal is to employ animation teams which perform animation programs in a competent and professional way, and which are flexible to adopt to all client’s requests.
Our animation teams are being educated by lecturers from Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management from Opatija, and licensed instructors from reputable Croatian and foreign tourist companies.
