We are looking for Sales Development Representative for Nordics and Benelux.

Sales Development Representatives (SDR) play a key role in the Falcon.io sales process. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to impact the growth of our business and support our sales teamby engaging new clients. You will reach out to potential clients to learn their current needswith social media and sell our top-rated social media management solution—Falcon.io. This is the perfect role for someone who is a great communicator, competitive, driven, hard-working, and a team player!

What you'll do:

  • Researching new markets, building a pipeline of potential leads, and nurturing relationships with potential customers using Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Identifying points of contact within target companies and reaching out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails and social media
  • Making an average of 40 outbound calls to prospects daily with the goal of scheduling platform demos for your Account Executive team
  • Qualifying new leads and following up on warm leads, owning your pipeline
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Being the face of Falcon.io as you are the first point of contact to engage our potential customers
  • Becoming an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product
  • Staying current on industry news and understanding the social media landscape

What you have:

  • Fluency in English, and are a speaker of either Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, or Flemish
  • Passion to develop and build a career in sales
  • Positivity and determination
  • Ability to turn a "no" into a "yes" through consultative questioning and coping with rejection
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented international environment with short sales cycles
  • Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team
  • Exceptional ability to organize work and tasks
  • Experience in cold calling or in a new business generation/real estate/recruitment related role is an advantage
