Trouble Shooter Warehouse
Purpose of the function:
The Troubleshooter reports to the Coordinator and Teamleader Warehouse Venlo, identifies bottlenecks, monitors the day-to-day running of the business and resolves disputes in the systems. Taking into account the quality and environmental aspects that have been drawn up in policy terms within the organization.
Function context
The Troubleshooter identifies the bottlenecks and proposes the first solutions. Escalates larger challenges to Coordinator and Teamleader.
Ensures a quiet and safe working environment in collaboration with Coordinators and Teamleaders
Result area
Policy
- Follows the policy set within the company.
Leadership
- Passes on the instructions received from the manager to the rest of the team.
Deploy, output to:
- Identifies and resolves disputes in the systems;
- Checks the quality of the ready shipments;
- Checks that the shipments are in the correct lane;
- Reports any differences and/or qualitative abuses to Coordinator and/or (ass.)
Teamleader;
- Monitoring safety in the workplace;
Evaluating responsibilities
- Carries out the work under the supervision of the Coordinator and (ass.) Teamleader from;
- Is responsible for your own safety and that of colleagues and adheres to the drawn up for
this purpose instructions;
- Is responsible for reporting irregularities to managers.
Maintain
- Maintains contacts with Operations, and other NUNNER Logistics branches.
Contacts
- Internal: own department, Operations (team leaders & coordinators), Warehouse Operations
Manager.
- External: by the manager
Competences
Working and thinking level
- A completed VMBO / MBO education, relevant (logistics) modules;
- Demonstrable experience within logistics in a similar function;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills in word and writing in Dutch or English is a must, possibly
supplemented with German is an advantage
- Can recognize optimizations in the workplace and is able to implement them;

Salary : Bruto € 11.25 per hour = +/- € 439.41 netto per week - 40 hours 100%
Travel allowance : > 10 km € 0.19 per km with montly max from € 360,- netto.
