Your Responsibilities

• Handling Reimbursements tasks
• Handling 1st line and 2nd line customer inquiries via C4C or other CRM system  
• Handling customer inquiries via phone
• Providing guidance to customers for using Zalaris’ tools and services
• Administrating Zalaris' portal related updates
• Producing employment related documents
• Working with Right-shoring and process improvements

Skills

• Completed or started higher education
• Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and English languages
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Customer service drive
• Great communication and cooperation skills
• Stress resistance and punctuality
• High sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and focus on efficient team work
