O&M COORDINATOR

Our O&M Business Line is looking for an O&M Coordinator who will have the following responsibilities:

• Management of all human and material resources;
• Compliance with KPI’s contractually defined with customers and respective interfacing;
• Analysis and solution of technical issues that occur in a photovoltaic installation;
• Participate and lead, hands-on, on the most complex maintenance activities for troubleshooting and diagnostic of failures, with his respective team of field technicians;
• Management of guarantees with suppliers;
• Compliance with all company procedures and guidelines;
• Interface Grid Operators and all the local stakeholders involved in the implementation of O&M activities;
• Always be prepared to attend to emergencies on the PV plants he manages;
• Required and review documentation in matters of the HSE to subcontracting company;
• Inventory control to all the operational centers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

• Electrotechnical Engineering degree;
• HSE training and/ or knowledge;
• At least 5 years of experience in similar functions;
• Experience in maintenance processes;
• Medium Voltage and Power Electronics knowledge;
• Technical Design knowledge;
• Experience in photovoltaic solar energy area;
• Microsoft Office domain;
• Local language fluency and English would be a plus;
• In some cases, specific and special certification of the equipment’s manufacturers is required to be recognized with the required technical skills to repair complex failures;
• Ability to travel.
