Working within Robotics & Discrete Automation, you will be responsible for management of different data related projects and continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, you will generate and provide cost and performance-related reports to the T&L Management team and stakeholders. Reporting to T&L Reporting Manager (Hosted by the Business T&L Manager Nordics)

Your responsibilities

 

  • Developing of tools to support T&L teams. Training users when required and monitor ongoing data quality
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions.
  • Preparing and analyzing transportation related cost savings and performance reports
  • Tracking and investigating cost reduction results – actual versus plan
  • Reviewing available data and evaluate effectiveness of internal processes
  • Recommending and coordinating initiatives to continuously improve data and reporting processes and tools
  • Participating in data/system-related projects, driving, and implementing required changes
  • Supporting management team in strategic plans definition and relevant implementation

 

Your background

 

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of +5 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Language skills: English as mandatory, Swedish and/or Finnish are great advances
  • Highly motivated; results oriented; able to learn quickly
  • Asks questions, challenges results proposals, create solution and make assumptions
  • Attention to detail; organized
  • Data analysis/systems knowledge
