We are Hiring a Fresh New O365 Team!   

We are expanding our operations in Varna and therefore looking to Identify New Colleagues. The newly established KBC SSC - Varna might be the exact place for you.  

 

What this Role is all about:  

The Outlook Support Engineer provides technical support for Outlook 365 and ensures smooth operations of the email ecosystem  

Learn more about what you will do at this new position: 

  • Provides 3th level support related to Outlook functionalities and smooth running   

  • First point of contact regarding to email questions from different teams   

  • Priorities the importance and urgencies of the request and act accordingly  

  • Understands the user and provide personalized service and solutions   

  • Uses trouble-shooting and debugging tools to identify issues that are blocking the email ecosystem   

  • Manages CISCO Email Security Appliance (ESA) Infrastructure and DNS Mail related entries   

  • Provides precise adjustment and configuration of the email environment  

  • Prepares technical documentation  

 

Get familiar with our expectations: 

  • Knowledge about CISCO ESA and MS Outlook, SMTP debugging and tracing  

  • Knowledge about Procdump, Windebug, Powershell, Sara, Fiddler, MFCMAPI  

  • Good analytical & troubleshooting skills, end-to-end overview of the system and Transport Layer Security  

  • Experience on similar role or position between 1 – 2 years shall be considered as an advantage
