Your tasks: •Lead an amazing team •Build, drive and maintain a long-term data strategy for the …. •Be completely responsible of the P&L of the department and its profitability •Guide and develop advanced quantitative and predictive models and tools using a variety of programs/software to support business assessments •Perform complex analyses, including optimization and statistical analysis of parametric and non-parametric statistical models •Maintain and enhance the existing data lake, database connections and their architecture •Communicate analytics model behavior/results to the business units •Carry out technical risk analysis and reliability assessments •Support the existing running portal solution and enhance it •Drive data quality throughout the organization •Act as a leader and entrepreneur within the company Your profile: •Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field of study •At least 5+ years of experience in Data Science including a comprehensive knowledge of state-of-the-art data science and modern product/web analytics tools and techniques •Proven experience in managing smart teams, preferably in an Agile or Scrum environment •Strong knowledge of Python, Git, SLQ, TSQL and SSAS is required •Knowledge in associated data science ecosystem, AI, Machine Learning, DevOps, tableau, etc. is considered as an asset •Fun and excitement to build data driven organization •An entrepreneurial, customer centric and agile mindset •Advanced quantitative and statistical analysis skills to solve business problems and provide practical business insight using data and a quantitative/scientific approach •Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1) to supervise teams and align with all stakeholders including senior management
