Iris Parc is a chain of campsites. It is a subsidiary of the tour operator Vacansoleil, market leader in Europe (with its headquarters based in the Holland), which offers holiday trips in 400 high quality campsites in 16 countries in Europe. Iris Parc already operates several campsites in France and will continue its development in France, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Croatia in the coming years.

For our campsites "Le Chêne Gris" at Pommeus (Val de Marne) and “Le Grand Dague” at Atur (Dordogne) we are searching for a Reception Manager.

The Reception manager will assist in the training and monitoring of the staff performance, meet and greet guests, is very customer focused , takes pride in leading by example and is responsible for making sure the Reception area is clean and presentable at all times.

Job description

• Responsable for managing the reception of the campsite (contact with clients, reservations, payements, mailings etc.)
• Responsable for planning of the employees, administration, right interpretation of rules and regulations (procedures)
• Managing of the housekeeping team
• Replace the campsite manager in his absence
