As a Italian Customer Service Representative you will be respondible for:

-Order Management

- Assisting the Area Sales manager

- Invoicing

- Delivery times

- Providing product information

Requirements:

- You need to speak native Italian and fluent English (oral and written).

- You need to speak Dutch on an upper intermediate level for internal communication.

- Experience in a similar position

- Customer focused

- Bachelor's degree
