LIP Solutions RH, Interim-CDD-CDI, recherche pour son client deux chargés d'assistance trilingues anglais et néerlandais H/F

Excellent relationnel, sens de l'organisation et goût prononcé du contact client.

Expérience en relation clientèle exigée.

Missions : Vous répondez aux appels téléphoniques de chauffeurs en difficulté et mettez en place des solutions d'assistance adaptées (dépannage, remorquage, avance de fonds). Vous êtes à l'aise au téléphone et avec la bureautique.
