You will be responsible for supporting Facebook's new and existing SMB EMEA advertisers and agencies via email, chat and callback. This includes troubleshooting general and specific issues with advertiser's and agencies' accounts such as campaign management, account management and billing, in addition to helping advertiser and agencies' with new campaigns, optimising existing campaigns, measuring the performance and return of investment of these campaigns, and supporting advertisers and agencies with any platform issues.



Responsibilities



- The Support and handling of enquiries of new and existing EMEA advertisers and agencies across a wide range of advertising spend.

- Reactively follow up on their platform issues.

- Develop and/or optimize their campaign strategies based upon advertiser/agency contact.

- Record inspirational customer stories through interactions with advertisers and agencies.

- Maximize advertiser and agencies' return on investment.

- Ensure best practice product adoption amongst the advertisers and agencies supported.

- Identify trends to enhance the customer support experience and processes.

- Work cross-functionally with internal Facebook Client Services' team.

- Increase best practice product adoption from converting inbound enquiries into sales and

through follow-up activity.

- Improve data quality by correctly logging customer interaction and improving stored customer data.

Requirements



- Dutch/Flemish native speaker.

- Fluent English



- Entrepreneurial, operational, business mind-set for a customer experience-driven Facebook.

- Marketing / Advertising background or sales experience a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team setting.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native language.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Knowledge of Facebook advertising will be a strong plus.

- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
