On this project for a well-known search engine you will provide Business to Business support to small business and digital marketing professionals across a range of mediums such as phone, email and chat services. You will be responsible for optimizing clients use of the products and for upselling, issue resolution and troubleshooting. You will be involved in various campaigns and trained to deliver advertiser training to educate your clients.
Fluency in Italian is essential
Experience is not essential but you should have a passion for customer focus and an interest in online advertising and/or new technologies.
