For our office in Malaga that has more than 290 employees, we are searching for Bank Customer Service Specialists with Norwegian language skills in our second office located in El Pinillo. Our El Pinillo office opened in May 2017 due to our strong growth.

Bank Norwegian started operating in November 2007 and offers free deposit accounts with high interest rates and consumer loans distributed through the Internet. The bank began operating in Sweden in 2013 and has carried out new expansion to Denmark and Finland for the first quarter of 2016. 

Work tasks will include responding to incoming customer requirements via telephone and mail, as well as contacting existing clients. Candidates with previous experience in banking/credit will have the opportunity for additional assignments like supporting the bank´s market and product department in Oslo.  

Requirements:

  • That have fluent Norwegian language skills
  • That have good English skills
  • Who is service minded and have good communication skills.
  • Who are able to thrive in hectic professional work environments and easily pick up new IT systems/tools.
  • Previous experience in customer services
  • Who have an understanding of economy and numbers.

It is an advantage with previous experience from banking sector and/or a credit institution, primarily from the Nordic countries.
