We are looking for a Fluent Norwegian speaker to join our Nordic Team!

We offer

  • Permanent contract
  • Salary: €24,000 per annum+Performance related  bonus 
  • Relocation offer (Flights to Dublin+5 nights accomodation)
  • 4 weeks paid training

You will be working onsite a Multinational Company based in Leixlip, Ireland (only 35min outside of Dublin city centre)

Day to Day 

  • Answer inbound calls and emails in a professional manner (B2B only)
  • Resolve customers IT issues using the relevant tools and systems provided
  • Follow up on open cases
  • Achieve individual and team goals

We are looking for someone with

  • Fluent Norwegian and a good level of English
  • Good communication skills
  • Some Interest in IT 
  • A positive attitude
