Job description

As part of the International Recruitment and HR Development team, your assignments are divided into two main components. Under the supervision of the International Recruitment & HR Development Coordinator, you are responsible for both recruitment and HR follow-up of the German & Austrian team.

Recruitment

You are in charge of the recruitment for the German and Austrian team. It includes German speaking recruitment of sales and marketing profiles. Your scope covers the recruitment of all types of contracts (permanent contracts, VIE, internship, freelance). 

You will work autonomously on the majority of recruitments and work with the International Recruitment & HR Development Coordinator on the most strategic recruitments. 

From time to time, you may also be called upon to work on other recruitments. Other profiles may be added at a later stage. 

Your missions in detail : 

  • Management of the recruitment process from A to Z: analysis of needs with the managers, publication of advertisements, selection of CVs, headhunting on LinkedIn (or each relevant sourcing technique, setting up and conducting interviews, follow-up of candidates until negative feedback or their arrival and updating of our follow-up tools ;

  • Implementation of the sourcing strategy: you define the sourcing strategy for each job opening and you update it regularly according to the results and priorities. You develop relationships with our current partners (job boards) and develop new partnerships to improve CV acquisition.

  • Continuous process improvement: in collaboration with the various members of the recruitment team and while respecting the recruitment processes implemented at group level, you propose improvements and adaptations to the scope for which you are responsible ;

  • Development of school relations

HR follow-up 

You are also in charge, with the support of the International Recruitment and HR Development Coordinator, of the HR follow-up for the German and Austrian department. Your perimeter is made up of our employees on permanent contracts and internships located in Spain. 

Thanks to your follow-up and your interpersonal skills, you are perfectly aware of the dynamics and the recruitment, training or other needs of this team, and know how to report to the  International Recruitment & HR Development Coordinator. You are a privileged relay for the application of the company's HR strategy within the team you are following.

Your missions in detail: 

  • Setting up and conducting HR follow-up interviews (integration point, annual and semi-annual interviews, etc.) with the support of the International Recruitment & HR development Coordinator ;

  • Production and distribution of reports of the half-yearly / yearly reviews carried out ;

  • Resignation meetings of the german and austrian employees and report  writing ; 

  • Point of contact in case of problems for German & Austrian employees ;

  • Conflict management in close collaboration with the  International Recruitment & HR Development coordinator ;

  • Participation in the implementation of the onboarding process.

In collaboration with the various members of the recruitment team and in compliance with the HR monitoring processes set up at group level, you propose improvements and adaptations to the scope for which you are responsible. 

You can also take part in other missions, such as the participation in long-term projects to improve HR processes at the global level.
