Our well-visited Madklubben restaurants are currently looking for creative and passionate chefs and kitchen assistants with an eye for the detail. It does not matter if you are educated or have experience from similar jobs - as long as you are curious to learn then we will teach you the rest. The job:

Every night we welcome a lot of great people into our restaurants, and we therefore need even more talented chefs and kitchen assistants to cook for all our hungry guests.

 

Therefore, we search for both educated chefs and kitchen assistants with less experience, who wants to be a part of ensuring the guests excellent food at uncommonly reasonable prices. You will be a part of a team, where we focus on teamwork and where good mood and unique talents are appreciated. Besides that, you will be a part of a team who expects something from each other, and in the job, you will have a lot of possibilities to improve and develop. We are always looking for future chefs, sous- and kitchen chefs internally, so there is plenty of opportunity to make a carrier in Madklubben, if you can and will. There are many things to take care of during a day, so it is important to balance the things, keep the overview and prioritize correctly – both within the day but especially during service. At Madklubben, you will experiment with delicious seasonal ingredients, finding the seasons tastes and develop dishes in collaboration with the rest of the team. You will be a part of a young team of chefs, who functions more as a family than colleagues.

 

We are looking for you if you can say “yes” to the following:

  • You are either a trained chef or a passionate food lover who wants to learn more
  • You are good with your hands and an enthusiastic nerd with sincere interest in the detail and taste
  • You always work with a yes-hat and see opportunities instead of problems
  • You are good at prioritizing
  • You are used to and like to be busy and are ready to adjust when needed
  • You have a lot of ideas and are a creative soul and wants to go the extra mile to ensure an experience beyond the ordinary for all our guests

We have specialists in finance, HR, marking and sales departments, who are all ready to help and support you in your new role. So does the restaurant manager, whom you will refer to daily.
