We are looking for chefs who are ready to contribute with dedication and ambition to develop themselves. It is no coincidence that Ruths Hotel (with Okê as its flagship) is nationally known for the gastronomic level. In addition, it is no coincidence that several of the very best Danish chefs have started their careers with us. This is largely due to the professional insight, the high pace and the great variety - which is exactly what we can offer.
