If you have passion for IoT embedded products and drivers programming this advertised position is for you. We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our Drivers team and actively contribute to create state of the art IoT products.

You will be actively involved in the development of low-level software and platform drivers following the full software life cycle, from requirements definition and technology solutions analysis to product validation and maintenance.

In this role, you should be able to work independently with little or no supervision applying excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

You will be working in a tech-leading, innovative and multicultural environment, in which you will leverage expertise, creativity, autonomy and communication skills.

The role is available in Sgonico (Trieste) and a valid work permit for the location (Italy) is a requirement. We will take into consideration also remote-working options.



Your Tasks

  • Within the team contribute to specify, design, and develop connectivity features and drivers for cellular IoT modules
  • Assure sw quality contributing to test and validation processes
  • Collaborate with HW team for device specification
  • Provide technical documentation

Your Skills and Experience

  • Basic knowledge in embedded software development (C, C++)
  • Ability to work as a member of bigger projects, flexible team player
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ready to travel on request

  • Connectivity protocols (UART, USB, I2C, SPI)
  • Knowledge in hardware components and designs
  • ARM architecture
  • Python
  • Soldering skills
