BUSINESS CONTROL ANALYST

Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for a Business Control Analyst for the Construction activity, who will have the following responsibilities:

• Monthly reporting of P&L contribution, cash position and gap analysis between actuals and budget;
• Review headcount and time allocation for the Construction team;
• Review and check analytical accounting booking assuring proper cost accounting per project;
• Prepare the analysis of cost control for each project and support the Business Line controller in the analysis of the proposals;
• Review the estimated cost at completion and calculate % of progress and margin;
• Close coordination with accounting for hours allocation, accruals, and revenue recognition;
• Prepare the Cash Forecast for the projects in its portfolio;
• Support the Business Line Controller on the budget assumptions at project level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

• Master’s degree in Economics or Finance;
• At least 3 years of experience in audit or cost control;
• IT knowledge: advance function in Excel, knowledge of ERP and consolidation tool is a plus but not mandatory;
• Strong written and oral communication in English (French is a plus).
