The O'Callaghan Collection consists of 4 high standard hotels in the heart of Dublin city and 1 in Gibraltar. 

We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Hotel Reservations Agent.

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, as the Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guest’s bookings for bedrooms, dealing with queries and selling the hotel facilities.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Guests reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met with a professional manner.
  • Provide details of hotel facilities, offer Best Available Rates for the guests preferred dates giving options of the room types available.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with Opera is preferable.

You will have worked in a similar hotel reception/reservations role for a minimum of 1 year and be looking for your next challenge.
