Exciting tasks are waiting for you:

  • Picking and preparation of shipping orders according to pick list as well as packaging according to corresponding quality guidelines.

  • Checking and booking incoming goods according to work instructions and forwarding the goods or information to the orderer

  • Outgoing goods bookings for deliveries and supplies

  • Preparation of freight documents for punctual delivery/collection to/from the customer

  • Preparation of customs documents

  • Carrying out all packing and repacking work in the relevant area

  • Visual inspection of incoming sterile products according to quality guidelines

  • Removal of goods from the finished goods warehouse according to the FIFO principle

  • Carrying out daily cycle counting and quarterly inventories

  • Responsible for regular spot checks in the warehouse

  • Dispatch of complaints of parts and equipment according to existing work instructions

  • Collaboration and initiation of improvement projects

  • Support in updating work instructions

 

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a warehouse specialist or other technical training.

  • At least 3 years of work experience and experience in incoming goods inspection

  • Careful, independent and responsible way of working

  • Ability to work in a team and service orientation

  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

  • IT and merchandise management skills, knowledge of SAP is desirable
