We are looking for:
We are constantly seeking for experienced automation supervisors to work at project sites around the world and/or in Finland. Your tasks would include supervising and advising duties, motivating those being supervised, scheduling and reporting. Are you the Automation Supervisor we are looking for?
As an Automation Supervisor, you will:
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable jurisdiction
- Ensure that project schedule and quality policies are met
- Supervise installations
- Report work done on weekly basis
- Address Health & Safety matters
- Check and prepare site reports, designs and drawings.
Your education and language skills:
- Degree in suitable technical or engineering field
- Fluent in Finnish or English
To succeed, you have:
- Previous experience in similar tasks in a supervisor position
- Ability to interpret instructions and solve practical problems
- Communication skills and ability to motivate team members and contractors
