The job offer is available for the following event:

Main tasks:

  • Creating single line diagrams for motor distribution systems, which requires knowledge of motor protection components, soft starters, and frequency regulators.
  • Calculating the total connected load, heat losses, cable diameters, and cable paths.
  • Selecting the right transformers, DC power supplies, and circuit breakers, as well as the right control components for designing control desks; selecting sensors, such as inductive proximity switches and photocells; selecting the right connection materials, such as terminals, cables and swivels.
  • Developing the PLC circuit diagrams using a symbol list drawn up by the software engineers from the Systems Engineering department. Used in this process are safety PLCs, remote I/O components, and data networks (DeviceNet, ControlNet, ProfiNet and EtherNet). An external drawing office works out the details for electric diagrams. Drawing is done through E-plan P8 (knowledge of this is not necessary). Part of the function does include checking the detailed drawings.
  • Checking the ordered electrical panels using a FAT at the supplier's location before transporting them to the building site.

Function requirements:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering
  • You have at least 3  years of experience in developing control panels.
  • You are able to understand problems in an analytical way and tackle them in a structured manner.
  • You have experience with MS Word and MS Excel. Experience with MS Visio is desirable.  
  • You have good communication skills in English.
