In connection with the expansion of its activity, Arexim Engineering seeks to appoint " Process Technologist ".
MAIN PURPOSE: Provides the technological process in the processing of thermoplastics and the production of plastic products.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Controls and manages the observation of the technological process
2. Monitor the correct and stable operation of the injection molding machines, tools and their periphery and inform the responsible persons in case of malfunction of some of them.
3. Fills in technological cards in case of necessity of change of established technological process, after coordination with the process engineer of PP.
4. Creates, controls and completes the data base with technological cards, control cards for maintenance and repair of machines and tools and completes them in due time.
5. Monitor the process of entry into production of new tools and assist process engineers.
NECESSARY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALITIES:
1. Education and training - secondary or higher technical education;
2. An experience of a similar position is an advantage;
3. Skills for teamwork - initiative, loyalty, tactics, mutual assistance;
4. Good vision, speed, dexterity, wits, physical endurance.
