INSTRUMENTA PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIST

MAIN PURPOSE OF WORK:

Execution in time of the production plan. Maximum high quality of work done.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

            Design of CAD models of electrodes for intersection and intermittent, shaping of 2D drawings and tool elements, production of technological cards;

    Develops technology for product design, designed by the designer, including the arrangement of machines and operations in order to create the optimum path of the parts for an optimal short processing time;

   OEM Coordination Plans;

   Develops proposals to improve the technological level of production;

          Participates in the training and improvement of the qualification of the employees in the use of new techniques and technologies;

Requirements:

Higher technical education (master's / bachelor's degree) in mechanical engineering;

Knowledge of the peculiarities in the design and production of mechanical units and details, as well as the processes, the machines and the technologies for their production;

Skills for working with CAD / CAM products - PRO / E is an advantage;

Experience in creating programs for CNC machines;

Fluency in English - minimum level B1 written and oral;

Teamwork skills and adherence to deadlines.
