Lead Manufacturing Engineer / Project Manager MD&C

Phillips-Medisize Global Innovation Development in Struer is expanding and we are setting up new Manufacturing Development and Clinical Build facilities. For this we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer.

As lead manufacturing Engineer you will be the driving force within manufacturing engineering competencies securing that we are updated and fully competent to solve the task and challenges within Manufacturing Development and Clinical Build. You are on top of GAMP and find it interesting to learn even more.

Furthermore, you will be running projects from late stage development to Design transfer and sometimes all the way commercial production.

What You Will Do In Your Role?

You will:

·Ensure quality in project deliverables

·Ensure project progress according to the agreed timelines

·Communicate and report to internal and external stakeholders

·Facilitate and document project meetings

·Cost Estimate on manufacturing

·Follow-up on project finances

·Ensure the profitability of projects

·Collaborate with production sites globally

·Develop of competencies within manufacturing and assembly

·Drive the GAMP agenda

·Lead DFA/DFM work

The Experience You Will Bring

·Masters or bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar

·Minimum 3 years medical device experience

·+ 5 years of project management experience

·Hand on experience with project planning and estimations processes

·High degree of commercial understanding and the ability to transfer this into project execution

·Strong communication skills

·Strong leadership skills

·Fluent in English – spoken as well as written
