Your main responsibilities will be As a Developer within Sofico you will be part of a dynamic team which has end to end responsibility to achieve its goals servicing our customers. The diverse task set of our teams will allow you to grow many of your competences being more technical, commercial, innovative, supporting or anything in between. As java specialist you will play a crucial role in building and rolling out solutions, both within the company and to our customers.

Profile:

  • You have a bachelor or master degree in IT or equivalent by experience
  • You have a passion for developing.
  • You have knowledge of or experience with recent technologies such as Java JEE, SmartGWT, JSF, PrimeFaces, Bamboo, Docker, Selenium, JUnit, Ant, Tomcat, Glassfish, Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, MS SQL Server, Oracle, JQuery,....
  • You are fluent in English.

 

Regarding recruitment (effective start date) of foreigners still living abroad and planning to move to BE to work: that is currently a difficulty. Candidates should therefore realise that fixing a start date will depend on the further relaxation of the measures.  We will ensure compliance with the latest national legislation due to Covid 19 that may still be in place at the time of the event.
