For the international company located in Poland, we are looking for a staff member for the position of Customer Service in French and EnglishDescription:

  • Managing French speaking clients needs over e-mail or phone from 
  • Providing effective and professional customer support
  • Solving problems
  • Providing support for other departments
  • Maintaining high quality of customer service

Requirements:

  • Fluent French (C1 level) and very good English (B2 level)
  • High customer service orientation
  • communication skills
  • positive and proactive attitude
  • Experience in Customer Service will be a strong asset
