We provide a variety of communication related services to medium and large sized corporations around the world. In co-operation with our partner Norwegian Air Shuttle we are expanding the department and are currently looking for:
Customer Service Specialists (with Spanish language)
The candidates we are looking for have excellent communication and listening skills, are exceptional problem solver and like to help people. Customer service specialists answer customer questions and take care of customer complaints on behalf of our partner Norwegian Airline, with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.
The requirements:
- Fluent Spanish language skills;
- Fluent English language skills written and spoken;
- Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills);
- Positive attitude.
Responsibilities and work:
- Inbound call handling;
- Email handling;
- Customer services;
- Accuracy in data entry;
- Design and production of reports;
- Follow up of clients’ customer contacts.
