You will join our IT Solutions team with 90+ other colleagues located in Denmark, Germany, Poland, Sweden and UK.
Build and improve our HCM solutions
With the right blend of IT understanding and business acumen, you act as a trusted advisor for the HR and IT organisation - as well as our IT vendors. You will have a central role as business liaison driving the SAP/SuccessFactors standardisation agenda in Arla Foods and your strong HCM experience is your key to this challenging position.
You are responsible for the overall strategic SAP/SuccessFactors core components, application architecture. You will join the SAP/SuccessFactors program and be a key player in our organization as you will be part of the program management team responsible for securing a global, standardised and scalable architectural design. You will focus on translating business requirements into an agile, yet robust, delivery of viable HR solutions. Further, you contribute to the improvement of an agile development process with our vendors. Finally, you will develop business cases for new SAP/SuccessFactors initiatives and on a continuous basis challenge the pros and cons on potential changes to implementation scope and functional solutions.
Simultaneously, you become part of an ambitious and knowledgeable architect community, challenging your decisions and providing guidance on running the program in the SAFE setup.
SAP HCM Expert with profound Business understanding
Your theoretical insight derives from a Master’s degree ‑ either within engineering, IT, business administration or comparable. You have at least 5 years of in-depth experience in designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions. You must have a profound understanding of the integration of SAP HCM solutions and your experience with cloud based solutions makes you able to connect the dots between cloud-based applications and a SAP landscape.
In addition, you are used to navigating in a complex and international organisation and have a keen eye for prioritising and escalating business requests. Translating large and complex number of data into user-friendly solutions comes naturally to you, and you use your exceptionally good communication skills to present and influence key stakeholders across a major organisation. Finally, you take pride in delivering first-class consultancy services.
