Members of the Global Client Team are responsible for maintaining and supporting scalable, maintainable, and highly available client architectures that meet business objectives.
The location for this position is flexible and can be based at any Danfoss location within the Americas.
Summary of the job
Client support engineers are tasked with troubleshooting and resolving issues for internal or external clients who use the organizations’ systems or networks. These engineers must have an excellent understanding of computer hardware and software and must be willing to continuously learn and use new technology. Customer service and interpersonal skills are also important in this position. Travel may be required to clients’ or vendors’ sites. This position will be responsible for driving automation tasks and managing relevant tools. This includes working with a DevOps mindset. The client support engineers also complete follow the sun support.
