The Contracting Branch in Industrial Refrigeration, Denmark delivers contracting sales, project installations and commissioning to a wide customer base around all industry segments for H.V.A.C, Chillers, Industrial Refrigeration, Controls and Mechanical & Electrical works.

The Supply Chain organisation consist of the Procurement Manager and two Purchasing Assistants

As a Procurement Manager for Contracting, you will be the central point of contact related to external suppliers, both in terms of consistent delivery, quality and economical cost. The position is both strategic and operational.

Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Manager will lead the Supply Chain department, serving primarily Contracting but also our Service departments in regards to ensuring excellent supplier relationship, consistent delivery in both time and quality and in following up upon claims.


Role & Responsibilities

•Leading the Procurement department

•Implementing strategies within own area of responsibility. Building up the basics and designing the future strategic development plan for Branch.

•Planning the process and making KPI for the department (delivery, changes and progress reporting)

•Maintenance of Supplier relationship and quality Claim responsibly

•Optimization of purchasing activities (cost, process and delivery, )

•Ensuring alignment of the regional Procurement needs and constantly evaluating exiting list of supplier

•Responsible for Procurement savings, supplier rebates, Procurement process improvements, Trade working capital etc.

•Leading commercial negotiations with current and new suppliers regarding to demands from the executions-, sales-, controls- department

•Support to the Project Managers, on KPI summery pr. Month,

•Support to Sales department

•Preparing and implementing sourcing strategies

•Analysis and reporting within Procurement



•Optimizing our Procurement portfolio of products and suppliers

•Ensuring a smooth and consistent delivery of quality products on time

Main point of contact for supplier – development of supplier relationship



Experience within an SCM organisation in a multinational company

Experience Engineering, Economics or

Commercial background.within industrial material and SUB-contracting procurement
