Change Manager Global IT Infrastructure (m/f)

For one of our clients we are looking for an Change Manager Global IT Infrastructure (m/f)

Your task:

• Assist the Senior Manager in change management activities
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to support adoption from Digital Workplace projects
• Provide direct coaching and support to all levels of managers and technical support to understand the importance of user adoption and change management
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance with change management methodology
• Work with IT Managers to improve adoption and experiences based on feedback
• Continuously build network and attend business meeting to understand requirements and identify change activities required to further help drive adoption

Your skills:

• Experience in IT related roles for 5 years, with at least 3 years' experience running change management activities in large-scale organization
• Change Management certification required with experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Ability to adapt to changes based on business demand
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Good to have Office 365 transformation experience
