The Customer Consultant is responsible for handling customer queries (phone, e-mail and chat) and supporting individual and business clients in both incoming and outgoing communication. There are no sales involved.

Requirements:

  • fluency in Dutch (C1 level at least )
  • good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
  • general IT knowledge (Windows, MsOffice, Internet Explorer)
  • commitment to customer service
  • proactive and positive approach
  • ability to multitask
