Country Manager with Chinese

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with pleasant personalities and good organizational

skills to work as a China Country Manager. Experience in working in e-commerce trade and knowledge about computer games would be a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ongoing e-store service (Magento platform),
• Realisation of assumed goals,
• Processing daily orders and being responsible for the sales and profits of the e-store,
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions,
• Creating reports/analysis for planning the operation of the store, and reporting completed activities,
• Creating and maintaining promotions (in claboration with the Marketing Dept.),
• Managing the page content (in your language).

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum 1 year experience on a simmilar position,
• Ability to use tools (Google and others) supporting the SEO work,
• Experience in work with analysis tools (GoogleAnalytics, Gemius Traffic, others),
• A good understanding of the Internet and Internet marketing issues,
• Very good knowledge of chinese language,
• Very good organisation of work time,
• Regularity and thoroughness,
• Creativity, Engagement
• Knowledge of issues related to SEO would be an asset,
• Knowledge of the computer games market would be an asset,
• Experience in managing an online store based on Magento platform would be an asset
