We are looking for a person who is going to take care of our 4 star S kitchen at the Posthotel. We need you if you love your job and if you are a creativ person.

Your joy inclueds:

- knowledge of Italian and International cuisine

- knowledge of recepies of South Tyrol (which is our region!)

- good cooking skills

- good organization of all the work in the kitchen, so that our guests are satisfied and happy

- organize the time-tables of all the staff in the kitchen

- controll and order of the food, and also the cost of the food

- write menu for every day, and the à la Carte Menu for one Season

- you have to speak German and Italian
