Then this is your opportunity to join new product development projects where you enable new products to come to life together with your creative colleagues. Your work ensures that colleagues meet demands for quality and timing You will function as project participant in projects that create new LEGO® Models and be part of the international team by coordinating and planning daily activities in this connection. You will have great freedom to plan your assignments within the novelty projects, yet be responsible for: Creating master data Obtaining and creating physical materials for development processes Collaborating with many stakeholders to ensure that the plans run smoothly Optimising processes, as speed and quality are essential parameters in product development Acting quickly yet structured in a creative environment where you e.g. suddenly have to change the master data to fit with a new design idea Connected community You will join Product Development Operations, which consists of 5 departments, Development Support, Midtown Service Functions, Virtual Element Design, Novelty Master Data Coordination and Master Data & Process Development. We are an area of highly specialised and dedicated employees who collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure that all models created by the designers can be manufactured and virtually used across the globe. Our main focus is master data for the physical production and for virtual models and elements as well as procurement of physical materials for the development process. In Product Development Operations we help bring LEGO Ideas to life. A positive team player with cultural understanding and SAP experience The challenge is to remember all details of a given project when creating master data. You must be able to make an impact and remain positive towards your stakeholders and the daily assignments. Moreover, you are flexible and able to change course when needed to adapt to design changes, and you: Must know SAP as well as the Office Suite, especially Excel, and you master English, both verbally and in writing Have master data knowledge and know how to create a Bill of Material Have an education within Technical logistics, Business Logistics or Office Administration Want to work independently and can keep a cool head even in hectic situations Have an eye for cultural differences and how to communicate with various people Work energetically, structured and proactively to contribute to the team’s goal Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
